We fished the T6/Kelly point/Willamette today the Columbia was dead the water is 38 degrees and the bite is slow. We moved to the Willamette and the bite was better the water is about 46. The tides sucked today so I think next weekend should be good, seemed to be a good bite starting around 3:30 or 4. Lots of boats but spread out through out the system. Fished smelt and squid. Did the best on 1/4 smelt with crawdad scent.
