Sounds Great,Were you bank fishing or by boat?My two sons and I fished out of the wind area a couple weeks ago on two diff. trips, caught keepers both trips.Boy do they hit hard up there for some reason, maybe just this time of yr?The reason I asked,if by boat,I'm looking for a ramp on the Ore. side, above cascade locks, that's close to the wind river area so I don't have to cross over the river?

Howdy Nodakr We were fishing from a boat. It's great up there they just seem to take bait up there hard. There is a very nice boat ramp right in Hood River right next to the bridge, hope this works for you.
Tight lines to you HOGGEM'IN
