Fishing above Bonneville for sturgeon?????

There must be someone out there that fishes above bonneville?With all the closures going on lately I would be very interested in any info on where to put in (on the ore. side) and where to fish,what to look out for?? I really don't expect info on someone's favorite spot just fishing in general,pos.even a few walleye spots??Any info would be much appreciated.I know there is a launch at Cascade Locks,but not sure how to get to it?

I would like to know this information as well. I spent some time in Idaho on the Snake, Clearwater and the Salmon rivers but that is way to H*LL and gone. Somebody out there help us.
