What's the good, well managed, fishing line brand/type for ultra light spinning rigs??

I have upgraded to Suffix DNA. It is a smooth casting, low memory, limp line with good knot strenth. I havent used in in test sizes smaller than 6 lb, but 6lb to 12lb work well for me. You can get it at Fishermans for about $6.00 per 500 yards. Told tell anyone but I have even been using it for my steelhead leaders. I like it better that ultra green.
O.k, Now you can sign on and become a member. ;D Welcome aboard.

When I go real lite, I like the Maxima 6 and 8 pound test line. But if I gotta use 10+ pound test I use berkiey trilene big game fishing line.

I would have to agree w/ Dan. Suffix DNA is some really great line for spinning reels. It is very slick, casts well, and has very little memory. ;D

Another vote here for the suffix DNA. I've got it on my spinning and baitcasting setups. Just made the switch about ten trips ago and not a problem yet. MH

It is kind of the same color as ultragreen, But softer, smoother, and just as strong. I like it better. Fishermans carries it. www.sufix.com

I think that my friend Glen uses the suffix and it is the hi vis color. He like it and has had no problems with it.

STREN ?? Stren makes for good dropper line. It is cheep and brakes nicely. Boy EasyLimits, You really need to give suffix or berkley xl a try. We should make this a no stren web site. ;D

I picked up a bunch of stren at a close out sale last year. I sold it in a garage sale for $1.00 a spool. You could have cleaned up. ;D How I know the all time fishing secret. See every time I get hung up drift fishing I seem to pull in a ton of blue stren. Now I know who left it there.
