..... I noticed the Feb. issue of STS just came out, a little earlier than usual.
For anyone that picked up this site url at the end of my column, which featured this site's owner Dan Christopher, I wanted to alert you that this is the General board here. Variety of subjects. However .....
..... the main board action is in this site's Salmon and Steelhead Fishing board. Unlike other fishing websites, it's accessable only to registered members, to keep lurkers from reading all the good fishing reports. Good fishing tech info and other funny teasing posts to enjoy in there too.
You can register either by real name or anonymously, with a choosen moniker, by clicking on the Register icon at the top of this page. Then check out the Salmon/Steelhead discussion board. You will be glad you did. Looking forward to more input, questions, and fun from new anglers there.

What's with the 5 to 6 inches for side drifting leaders in the new issue? ;D Got to be a typo. But it says edited?

s,m
I notice that too. I went back and looked at a copy of what I had submitted and it was " 5' to 6' " leaders - not "inches". I would guess that one of the assistants that transfers articles to the print layouts may have erred.

What type-O ? Are you saying you guys don't all side drift with 5 and 6 inch leaders. ;D Other than the type O, and useing the wrong picture in the piece, I think it turned out well. One thing I noticed is that there is alot of good info in this months issue. Defenetly one of the best. Good job Nick, Steve, and the rest of the STS crew. Thanks again for letting me do it.
