Found this today while searching the web...I just got done with fixing up a few of my old hi cap mags that the lips where all wore down....
You start with one BC 10 rd mag. You start by stripping your 10 rd mag, seperate the halves of your BC-30 or other high cap mag. Next you cut the area needed to install the metal feed lips from the steel lip BC 10 rd mag. Glue back the high cap and your ready to go.

You lost on how to take the lips out of the clips or what?  Well, right where they glue them together, you can cut right on that line. split the mags far enough a part that you can pull the lips out and replace. (I should of gotten pictures of me doing it)
